This is a beautiful secluded spot perfect for a romantic getaway or some time to unplug and unwind. The setting is unique and the grounds offer many adorable places to spend time together or swing and read a book. Breakfast is amazing and you 100% need to RSVP and take advantage of that! It does not have some of the conveniences that many are used to (individual temp control of the room, hair dryer, hooks and hangers...but it's a perfect place to enjoy if you don't need those things. It was perfect for our honeymoon stay 😀

The shower is amazing. Like a waterfall in a tropical paradise. Can’t believe i’m leaving a review about a shower but yeah. The houses were built in the early 1900s and equipped with modern amenities. Whole place is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and feels very peaceful and quiet…like an oasis…and yet it is very centrally located to everything. Breakfast was fresh and extremely tasty and the owner’s son definitely needs to explore culinary arts at a restaurant. Owners were very friendly, responsive, and gave us excellent checkin instructions. Highly recommend Manatee Palms. We will be back.

My wife and I had a wedding nearby and this location was perfect. It really turned the entire event into the perfect get away that weekend. The room was very spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. Beautiful bathroom. Breakfast is a plus! Would stay again.

We stayed at the Manatee Palms for a long weekend in March 25. It's a charming set of little bungalows with landscaped grounds, a small but nice pool, and onsite parking. The owners are super-nice and interesting. They serve breakfast in a little cafe, which was a different tasty egg dish with pastries, fresh yoghurt, fresh fruit, fresh juice and coffee each day. The rooms are pretty, quiet and comfortable. We had a little suit with a refrigerator and free water. The location also worked well for us. Like so much in Florida, you're going to want to drive most place, but there were good restaurants within walking distance and the very nice Bradenton Riverwalk is very close by. We'd definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

Excellent place to stay run by very kind people. It's much more quiet than the typical downtown hotels and is close enough to make travel downtown or towards the beaches as easy as traveling toward the highway. Close to a lot of good food and entertainment options as well. We enjoyed burgers/beer at 3 keys right down the road and a great happy hour at oak and stone downtown, also very close by. Very homey and much more private than a regular hotel, it made for a great romantic weekend. Highly recommend booking here if you're looking to stay in Bradenton.

This beautiful place was so relaxing for me and my husband to getaway. Wonderful breakfast, kind staff, lovely set. We would go back again! Our room was so clean and comfortable. Bathroom is adorable. Great place for. Honeymoon or couple retreat or family vacation

Manatee Palms, 1128 Manatee Ave East, Bradenton FLA 34208, is a family owned and run, quaint, B&B located in the old historic district of Brandonden. It is just blocks from the bay, lots of restaurant choices and an active center, and just 10 miles from Bradenton Int Airport. This gated complex served as a wedding gathering center for our niece’s family members who traveled from out of state. Before we arrived: the owners communicated important information for an easy arrival. They sent maps of the area and of the four buildings on their property, access codes for the drive-in gate and rooms. Our room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice bedroom. The only drawback was the room lacked a comfortable chair as my wife had a recent back injury. We spoke with one of the owners about getting another chair, but since all the rooms were rented, he didn’t have other options. In the end the straight chair served us well. Meals: Breakfast was included and served in a very pretty dining room, with an option to eat outside on the patio if the weather was warmer. Offerings included fresh home-made yogurt, muffins, sweet rolls, fruit, egg bites, and delicious coffee. It was a perfect place to relax and chat with the owners. Special Services: The bride hosted a meet and greet on the grounds, so the owners set up a lovely tent, with stations for fruit, sweets and drinks. The grounds were lush gardens and a lot of what they grew on site was used in their servings. Since my wife was recovering from a recent injury we found comfort in their quiet spaces outside. Me and my Wife stayed at this Wonderful place a few days this week while we were in town for a house we are buying. When you enter the gates the first thing you notice is the old Florida historic charm. The entire grounds are like being on a tropical island! The couple that own the place are super friendly and you can tell right off the bat they put a lot of time and love in this place. Our room was very clean, comfy and cozy and the shower is absolutely fantastic, almost like standing under a waterfall! 😁 We plan on being back end of next month to close on our house and will definitely be staying here again. I forgot to mention the delicious homemade breakfast each morning in a very nice little dinning area with some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. If your in the area and would like a change from the usual hotel atmosphere Me and my Wife would recommend Manatee Palms without hesitation!

Charming accommodations with real character. Super clean rooms with a beautiful pool on the grounds. Need to come back in the summer. Check in process was super simple, and the inn keeper was kind and welcoming. Definitely would recommend.

Went in for a weekend for business/pleasure. We loved the room. Very quaint and clean. Nestled in a great area for access to everything we need. The host was very personable, and even followed up with a text after our visit wishing us well (for the business part of why we were in town). Would definitely stay there again!
